re: Fraud / Scam
Dear Sirs,
Please be advised, I write this letter to alert your company of Fraudulent Activity taking place at our expense.
Someone has stolen our employees’ and company name, and have created fake email addresses with which they are requesting pricing and credit for purchases - even using a doctored Company References & Information Form but with a different telephone/fax number.
We have been fortunate to have alert Manufacturers who actually brought this to our attention, reminding us of the pride we take in our reputation and the well established business relations in this Industry. Please know that we strive to keep all our information secure, but in today’s exposed technological world we have become susceptible to fraud.
I appreciate your scrutiny in any further emails or communications received from us or anyone posing as an individual of our company. If there are any doubts - please call, and know we are working with the authorities on clearing this situation.
